The Lotus Eletre is an all-electric Hyper SUV from Lutus, launched on March 29, 2022 at 19:30 pm London time. In 2022, the new Lutus-branded ELETRE officially opens for online pre-sale, and is positioned as an all-electric mid-size SUV. The Lotus Eletre is equipped with code-named EDS2 High-power, high-torque electric motors arranged at the front and rear of the body, delivering more than 600 hp of maximum power. The vehicle is mated to a two-speed gearbox on the rear axle motor and features an electronically controlled four-wheel drive system. Lutz has posted a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 2.95 seconds and a 0-200km/h acceleration time of less than 12 seconds. The vehicle's battery has a capacity of more than 100kWh and can travel up to 400km (248 miles) on a 350kW charge in just 20 minutes, giving the Eletre a maximum range of up to 600km (373 miles) according to the Worldwide Harmonized Lightweight Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) standard. The Eletre is also compatible with charging from a 22kW AC power source.
